Legal Agreement — Please Read Carefully
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ek78. Each player may hold only one registered ek78 Account at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same identity documents, the same payment method (JazzCash number, EasyPaisa number, bank account), the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ek78 will close all duplicate accounts, withhold any winnings generated from duplicate activity, and may permanently ban the player from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for the security of your ek78 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any other person. ek78 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain credential security.
ek78 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that may harm the integrity of the Platform or other players.
All deposits and withdrawals on the ek78 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ek78 does not apply currency conversion charges on transactions processed via supported Pakistani payment channels. The following payment methods are currently supported:
Deposits are credited to your ek78 Wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Processing times vary by payment method and are not within ek78's direct control. ek78 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on the payment method used must match the name on your registered ek78 Account.
Withdrawal requests are processed following successful KYC verification. ek78 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes stated in the cashier at time of request, subject to verification checks. ek78 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal and to withhold payment pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into account activity.
First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing begins. Subsequent withdrawals to the same verified payment method are typically processed faster. Ensure your registered name matches your payment method account name exactly to avoid delays.
ek78 will not process withdrawals to any payment method not previously used to make a deposit on the same account, except in circumstances where the original payment method is no longer available, in which case additional verification will be required.
